This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Ajebhom collects, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Ajebhom is operated by MULTI WAYS TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Data we collect
- Account: email address (required); full name and profile image (optional); a password if you do not sign in with Google.
- Google sign-in: your Google account ID and sign-in time.
- Usage: your searches, keyword research results, generated content, brand monitoring data and history.
- Payments: order and transaction records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number or CVV.
- Support: ticket messages and any files you attach.
- Technical: your time zone (detected automatically), IP address, browser information and server logs.
We do not collect your precise location.
How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, show your history, process payments, answer support requests, keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Our team may review generated content for quality assurance.
AI providers
To produce results, Ajebhom sends the necessary data to AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini and xAI Grok) through their official APIs. You do not send data to them directly. How each provider handles API data is set by its own terms.
Where your data is stored
Our website and our services run on servers located in Germany. Some of our providers process data in other countries; when data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as we need it to provide the service, keep accurate records, keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and meet our financial and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your name and profile image in your account. To request access to your data, correction, or closure of your account, contact us through a support ticket or by email. A closed account can no longer be used, and its data is kept as described under “How long we keep data”.
Emails we send
We send the emails needed to run your account, such as sign-in codes, payment receipts, refunds, ticket replies and important changes to our terms. We may also send tips and reminders about using Ajebhom, which you can stop at any time. We send discount codes and offers only if you turn them on. You can change these choices on the Privacy and notifications page in your account, or with the unsubscribe link in any reminder or offer email.
Children
Ajebhom is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will close it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access by our team is role-based and limited to what is needed for support and operations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For significant changes we will notify you by email.
